During this trip we will connect deeply with our four legged equestrian friends as we live alongside them as a small community being together in the wild nature.

This is the 3rd year of the exciting collaboration between Touch&Play and Travel and Transformation. Unique to this journey, our days of horseback riding will be complemented by dance, movement and body-based relational workshops, labs and jams from Touch&Play. All activities employ a focus on consent and the adventure is completely open to newcomers.

We will ride for a week with a group of 15 people.
We will be living outside, close to nature and with our horses.
We will be having campfires and camping under the stars.

We are offering this unique experience through a sliding scale of prices to make it accessible to people with different economic realities and ask you to contribute what you can to also support us!

Prices include: The horse rides, three vegetarian or vegan meals a day, a sleeping spot in our community bell tent (or in your own tent if you prefer), all workshops & sessions, unforgettable stories and lot’s of adventure.

Everyone will be riding at least half of the rides. This allows you to have a sweet experience with your horse and you can easily immerse yourself fully into the other aspects of this journey.

This year we are also offering a special option for a limited number of people who are really interested in the Touch&Play work, the rugged nature and community experience and who want to join without riding. For those we are offering a 50% discount on the prices listed.

Special position for cooks: If you have cooking experience for groups, there is also the option to come as a half-time cook for a reduced price. For this it would be good, if you have also a certain amount of horse riding experience, obligatory it is to have cooking experience (professional or semi-professional).

Practical information:
Arrival time: We start our journey on September 3rd, 2024 at 10am. You can arrive the earliest on September 2nd at 3pm.
Departure time: We finish our tour September 9th, 2024 at 6pm. We will have our last dinner at the venue. You can stay latest until September 10th at 11am.
Accommodation: You can sleep in the group tent or you can bring your own (lightweight) tent. Arrival and departure day: shared rooms at the venue.
Nourishment: Vegetarian meals, with vegan option, cooked on the campfire. You can communicate any intolerances.
Group: We will be a group of around 15 people.
Place: In the Bulgarian nature. The tour starts and ends in a small place Southeast of Weliko Tarnowo. During the week we will ride a circle journey with the horses and arrive in the end where we started.
How to arrive? You will receive the exact location with your registration.
Airport possibilities: Sofia (SOF) is the closest airport, further airports are also in Varna (VAR) and Burgas (BOJ). For some also Bucharest (Romania) might be an option. Depending on where you fly from, the one or other airport might be cheaper and better for you. But so far most people have used the Sofia option.
What to bring? Once you register you receive a packing list to prepare your backpack.
