Do you feel like going on an adventure with depth? On our horse journeys, we leave the usual everyday life behind us and move out into the vastness of nature. Here, beyond duties and habits, we focus our attention on the present moment and enjoy the experience of the Here and Now. In addition, we create transformational spaces, by using the energy that gets accumulated during the journey and adding our awareness to it. We use powerful settings and methods to listen to ourselves and look at the issues that really occupy us in life at the moment. In doing so, we can find new clarity, release old baggage and connect more deeply with our abilities while experiencing an unforgettable journey.

The Combination
Do you want to transform an issue that you are carrying with your a the moment or that you know already for a long time? Then this can be a key... The combination of sessions and a horse journey is powerful. The sessions include consciously perceiving our own deeper feelings, that are behind and that influence on the one side our thoughts and actions (often unconsciously) and hold on the other side at the same time the key for transformation and to personal growth. My coaching sessions offer a guided framework to find out which sensations are behind current everyday issues or around recurring situations and how we can dissolve old patterns and transform them into new inner freedom. These individual sessions I also offer in combination with our travels.
