Do you feel like doing an adventure with depth? On our horse journeys, we leave the usual everyday life behind us and move out into the vastness of nature. Here, beyond duties and habits, we focus our attention on the present moment and enjoy the experience. In addition, we use powerful settings and methods to listen to ourselves and look at the issues that really occupy us in life at the moment. In doing so, we can find new clarity, release old baggage and connect more deeply with our abilities while experiencing an unforgettable journey.

WORKSHOPS
Individual Sessions
We develop inner strength and resilience through more connection with ourselves. This includes, in particular, consciously perceiving our own deeper feelings, because they influence our thoughts and actions (often unconsciously) and at the same time carry the power and the key to personal development. My coaching sessions offer a guided framework to find out which sensations are behind current everyday issues or around recurring situations and how we can dissolve old patterns and transform them into new inner freedom and power. This can happen in individual sessions or in combination with experiential journeys.
